- KCFA are now actively working with NatureScot towards taking over the management of Kinloch Castle. The plan is through a phased process, to re-establish the basic hostel accommodation, the bar and bistro and work towards restoring the other better letting rooms, and the ‘museum’ rooms. This is an opportunity to make a difference not just to the castle but to the Rum Community.
- Anyone with useful skills, please contact the Honorary Secretary on kcfasec@gmail.com. We are looking for people to help with publicity, crowdfunding, fundraising, etc etc.
- Work parties will in future be working towards the restoration of the castle. Join us in the exciting phase in the life of the castle.
